This weekend Dori and I celebrated New York in a few very traditional ways. We’d previously prepared a short list of ‘last rites’ before we departed for Boston, and we knocked off two solid ones in one weekend. Our rough list wasn’t over the top, but certainly ambitious:

Yesterday I spent a ridiculously long time working on upgrading the network at my parents’ house. Something like 6.5 hours - insane! Let’s look at a rough catalogue of events (all times are end-times, except the first) :

Looks like we’re taking the place on JamaicaWay. Move in date is currently set at August 5th!
It only took 5 trips up, but we’re done! Hooray!
